Day 1: Edinburgh

Arrival in Edinburgh. Discovery of the Scottish city, visit of edinburgh castle, one of the most emblematic monuments of the city. The fortress located on the hill of Castell Hill proudly dominates the city. Visit of the Scottisch National Gallery, it exposes the complete history of Scottish painting through painters such as Ramsay, Raeburn, Wilkie, Mc Taggard. The museum also hosts Italian and Flemish painters. To see its collection of art objects from classic to contemporary. Enjoy the Royal yacht britannia, a captivating tour of the 5 royal family yacht decks! an opportunity to take a break at the TEA ROOM ROYAL DECK.

Day 2: Edinburgh

Breakfast. Visit of Scottish Parliament, the new edifice was built by Catalan architect Enrique Mirafles, reflecting the ideas, culture and unity of Scotland. Inaugurated by Queen Elisabeth II, it now hosts 129 parliamentarians. The guided tour introduces you to the Chamber, a committee room, the garden hall, the Parliamentarians' building and the Queensberry. You will learn all about how the Parliament works and the history of the building. Visit of Holyroodhouse Palace, a former 12th century monastery, it was transformed into a palace in the 16th century. The residence houses period furniture, royal portraits, remarkable tapestries and the imposing royal chamber. To see the Great Gallery, 95 portraits of the members of the dynasty! and Marie Stuart's apartments. End your day at Scotch Whiskey Heritage Center, a museum dedicated to the making, an invitation to unravel the mysteries of this Scottish beverage - tasting.

Day 3: Stirling

Breakfast. Depart for the Scottish countryside and head to the historic town of Stirling, an hour's drive from Edinburgh. Discovery of the old Town with its decor of medieval houses from the 15th and 17th century. Visit of stirling castle, one of the most important castle in Scotland due to its architecture and its great history. It was the royal residence of the Kings and Queens of Scotland who were crowned there. Visit of Smith Art Gallery & Museum, it houses a rich collection of more than 40,000 objects and works of art that celebrate the people, heritage and culture of Stirling and its province. Free time.

Day 4: Doune

Breakfast. Direction Doune region, in the heart of Scotland where there is an eponymous castle from the medieval period which served as the setting for the shootings: Monty Python Sacré Grail, Ivanoé, Game of Thrones .. A few miles away, is the Deanston Whiskey Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Originally a cotton factory in 1785 which contributed to the development of the village with the creation of housing. Evolution prospered for nearly 200 years, and, seeing the decline of the cotton industry, Deanston decided to reinvent himself in 1965. New start and new craft, conversion of the factory into a spirits distillery. A fascinating history, a know-how, a rich heritage to discover during your visit: Whiskey tour and assorted chocolate tasting. Road to Glasgow (1 hour drive). Lunch.

Journée 5: Glasgow

Petit-déjeuner. Visite du Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum. Il fait partie des musées incontournables d'Ecosse de par ses collections notamment picturales qui retracent l'histoire de la peinture de la Renaissance au Surréalisme. Il abrite aussi 8000 objets d'art. Découvrez le centre historique et Provand's Lordship la plus ancienne maison de Glasgow. Faites un tour à la Brasserie West: temple de la bière à Glasgow cette brasserie fabrique des bières artisanales dans le strict respect de la Reinheitsgebot (1516) ancienne loi German Purity. Visite et dégustation

Day 6: Glasgow

Breakfast. Visit of Riverside Museum, this ultramodern museum exhibits collections of historic vehicles, a transport museum with more than 3000 vehicles. It allies Transport Tech with its 90 interactive screens. In another register the visit of the Modern Art Gallery which houses works by local and international artists. See works by David Hockney and Andy Warhol. These exhibitions are stimulants of thought and perception. Free time.
