Day 1: Moscow

Day 2: Moscow

Breakfast. Moscow city tour, you will discover the Red Square, the Basil the Blessed Cathedral, the GOUM, the Kremlin, the Lenin Mausoleum, the Bolshoi, the Manège square, the Tverskaya street, the Mont des Moineaux with its superb panorama on the historic center. Stop at the Novodevichy Convent, one of the most beautiful monastic complexes in Russia, dedicated to women from princely families. It is registered with Unesco World Heritage you can admire its pond so popular with Muscovites. Afternoon visit of the Tretiatov gallery and Zamoskvorietché district Installed in a private mansion owned by collector Pavel Trétiakov, in the heart of the picturesque Zamoskvorietchié district, the Tretyakovka brings together the largest collection of Russian art and icons in the world and covers the pictorial history of Russia from the 11th to the 20th century.

Day 3: Moscow

Breakfast. Guided tour of the Kremlin and its cathedrals: Former residence of the Tsars, the largest and most famous fortress in the country, the Kremlin is a collection of palaces and cathedrals, the oldest of which date back to the 15th century. Its walls also house the burials of 47 Tsars as well as many curiosities, among which the famous "Tsar of the cannons" and "Tsarina of the Bells" of an extravagant size ... and unable to function one like the other! Afternoon visit to Izmailovo souvenir market: this is where Russians come to buy Russian dolls, wooden toys and linen tablecloths with which they decorate their dacha. This souvenir market also hosts a "flea market" and antiques section as well as an area devoted to paintings.

Day 4: Moscow

Breakfast. Guided excursion in the metro and in the Arbat district: The Moscow Metro is known worldwide for its rich ornaments in various styles ranging from classicism to Soviet realism. Its visit is pleasantly structured with a walk on Arbat Avenue, pedestrianized and lined with shops where itinerant portrait painters, musicians and sellers of second-hand books maintain a permanent animation. Not far away is the impressive Cathedral of Christ the Savior, destroyed by Stalin, transformed into a swimming pool then rebuilt identically in the 2000s and open to worship.
After the visit transfer to the airport with your guide.
